Who we are

What's our Mission/Vision?

Our Mission

BridgeMH is a statewide collaborative dedicated to supporting internationally trained mental health professionals in their journey toward licensure and integration in Massachusetts.

We advocate for equitable and transparent licensure pathways for internationally trained mental health professionals in the State. Through policy engagement, resource sharing, and cross-sector collaboration, we work to remove systemic barriers and strengthen access to culturally responsive care.

We foster mentorship and equitable access to professional development, empowering diverse clinicians to meet the state’s growing mental health needs.

Our Vision

We envision a mental health system in Massachusetts where globally trained professionals are equitably licensed, actively engaged, and recognized as essential to high-quality, culturally responsive care across all communities.
